    After years of just calling to order flowers, I tried the online process this time. They were not delivered on the day I requested. When I called the next morning, the very courteous man started looking and my order had been sent to the business "spam" folder. I will not order online again. But the flowers that were prepared and delivered that same day were lovely and appreciated. Not exactly like the picture, but very pretty! ---- Florist's Response: Gimmy, I apologize for the mix up. As I explained to you, the email for your order went to our spam folder, and I simply did not see it I aplogize again. You have been a long and faithful customer of mine, and I hope you will continue to be one. I hope your family enjoyed what I sent to them.
